Note- Any change made by the management of ‘Singh Sainik School’ in the rules and regulation part, as per the requirement or for the betterment of cadets and the school itself, shall have to be adhered by all.

• Yearly leave calendar will be followed that has 30 leaves per year.
• Any additional leave can be taken with the permission of management.
• Decision of any nature shall be the sole onus of the management.
• All legal cum other matters shall lie under the jurisdiction of Sessions Court, Haldwani or Nainital High Court, Uttarakhand.
• Withdrawal or rustication (on disciplinary or any other matter) from Singh Sainik School will be done without any reimbursement of the deposited fee.
• Under no circumstances the refund of the deposited fee will be applicable.
• Wards of war-widows shall be given education and training without any fee, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
